Morph pricing: start free, pay for the data you move
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of delivered data — the output your successful runs write to their destinations. Failed runs, previews and tests never count. The Free plan is £0 with no credit card; paid plans start at £15/month and scale by allowance, schedule frequency and seats.

Prices in GBP, billed monthly, excluding VAT. Annual billing is available at a discount. There is no overage and no data top-up: when you reach your allowance, runs pause until you upgrade or your month resets. All plans include no-code rules, reusable workflows and run previews.
The metric
How usage is measured
Morph meters the data it delivers. Each successful run adds the size of its output — the cleaned file or records it writes to the destination — to your monthly allowance. Rows, columns and source size don't matter; only what comes out the other side does.
- Only delivered output counts: the size of the file or records a successful run writes to its destination — Google Drive, your own SFTP server, Xero, or a download.
- Failed runs, previews and rule tests are always free — they never touch your allowance.
- Organisation plans share one pool: every member's runs draw from the same monthly allowance, and seats add people, not data.
- Enrichment uses your own provider key and the provider bills you directly — Morph adds nothing. The larger enriched output simply counts as delivered data.

What happens at your allowance
Your allowance is a hard cap, so your bill never surprises you. When you reach it, the only way to keep moving data that month is a bigger plan.
- Runs stop for the rest of the month — nothing is ever billed beyond your plan.
- Upgrade to a higher plan and the new allowance applies immediately, prorated for the rest of your billing month.
- Your allowance resets at the start of your next billing month.
- No top-ups, no one-off packages, no pay-as-you-go: a one-off migration means being on a tier big enough for that month.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
A permanent free plan — not a time-boxed trial. The Free plan is £0 with no credit card and includes 5 MB of delivered data a month with one-click manual runs, so you can test Morph on real data for as long as you like.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from inside Morph. Upgrades apply immediately — you get the bigger allowance straight away and Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of your billing month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you've paid for.
What happens when I reach my data allowance?
Runs pause for the rest of the month — Morph never bills you for data beyond your plan. To keep running, upgrade to a higher plan and the new allowance applies immediately; otherwise your allowance resets at the start of your next billing month. You can't buy extra data mid-month, so if a one-off migration needs more room, pick a plan that fits for that month.
Do failed runs cost anything?
No — never. Only the output a successful run delivers to its destination counts toward your allowance. Failed runs, previews and test runs are always free.
How do extra seats work on Team and Business?
Team includes 5 seats and Business includes 15. Extra seats are £10 per seat per month on both, prorated when you add or remove people. Individual plans (Free, Starter and Pro) are single-seat. Seats add people, not data: your organisation's allowance is one shared pool however many seats you have. Enterprise seating is custom.
How does data enrichment (for example Creditsafe) affect my bill?
Morph adds no enrichment charge. You bring your own provider key and the provider bills you directly at its own rates. Enriched rows are larger, so the enriched output counts toward your monthly data allowance like any other delivered data.
What currency is Morph billed in, and is VAT included?
All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Billing is processed by Stripe, which accepts major cards internationally.
