The metric

What counts as a sync?

One successful run that delivers data to a destination — a cleaned file delivered to Google Drive, written back into Xero, or downloaded as CSV. That's it.

  • Failed runs never count — they're always free.
  • Previews and rule testing don't consume syncs.
  • One sync can process thousands of rows — pricing doesn't scale per record.
  • Unused syncs make the next month's decision easy; overage keeps a busy month cheap (£8/1,000 individual, £6/1,000 org).

FAQ

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial or a free plan?

A permanent free plan — not a time-boxed trial. The Free plan is £0 with no credit card and includes 10 syncs a month with one-click manual runs, so you can test Morph on real data for as long as you like.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from inside Morph; billing is handled securely by Stripe and plan changes take effect on your subscription.

What happens if I use more syncs than my plan includes?

Nothing breaks. Extra successful syncs are billed as overage: £8 per 1,000 on individual plans and £6 per 1,000 on organization plans. Data processed above your plan's fair-use guardrail is £5 per GB.

Do failed runs cost anything?

No — never. A sync is only counted when a run completes successfully and delivers data to a destination. Failed runs, previews, and test runs are always free.

How do extra seats work on Team and Business?

Team includes 5 seats and Business includes 15. Beyond that, extra seats are £15/month each on Team and £12/month each on Business. Enterprise seating is custom.

What currency is Morph billed in?

All prices are in GBP (£). Billing is processed by Stripe, which accepts major cards internationally.
