Connecting systems · Lesson 1 of 5

Connect a system

Plug Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Google Drive into Morph, so rules can read and write their data.

The comic

  1. Panel 1 of 4.

    Plugging in

Murphy says: Rules can read from and write to the systems you already use. Open “Integrations” and go to “Available Providers”.
  2. Panel 2 of 4.
Murphy says: Pick a provider and choose “Connect”. For most, like QuickBooks, Sage or Google Drive, you sign in on that system's own page and approve Morph. That's it!
  3. Panel 3 of 4.
Murphy says: A few want details instead. Xero asks for the “Client ID” and “Client Secret” of your own Xero app. Odoo wants its address and an API key. NetSuite can sign in or use a certificate.
  4. Panel 4 of 4.
Murphy says: Connected! It shows under “Connected”. “Create rule” on its card starts a rule that already reads from it, and its menu has “Test connection” if anything seems off.

The Free plan connects one system and Starter three; Pro and above have no limit (Google Drive and Microsoft 365 don't count). HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and Odoo need Pro or above. On a team account, only owners and admins manage integrations.

Try it in Morph

  1. Open “Integrations” and go to “Available Providers”.
  2. Pick your system and choose “Connect”.
  3. Sign in on the system's page, or fill in the details it asks for.

You'll be asked to sign in first. The free plan needs no card.
